Yahweh Place provides Christian events, programs, training, volunteer opportunities, and community activities designed to support personal growth, faith development, skill-building, and community engagement for kids, youth, and adults. Participation in programs and activities is subject to availability, registration requirements, and adherence to program guidelines.
Registration Enrollment :
Submitting a registration form does not automatically guarantee placement in a program or activity. Enrollment is confirmed once all required information, consent forms, and applicable payments have been completed.
Payment Policy :
Certain programs or training sessions may require payment prior to participation. Participants are responsible for completing payment within the required timeframe to secure their place in the program. Because of the affordable and low-cost nature of many programs, refunds are generally not available once a program has started unless otherwise stated. Transfer requests may be considered under specific circumstances and according to program policies.
Attendance and Participation :
Participants are encouraged to attend sessions regularly, participate respectfully, and contribute positively to the learning and community environment. Certificates of completion may be awarded based on attendance and participation requirements established by each program.
Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain respectful, safe, and appropriate behavior during programs, events, volunteer activities, and online sessions. Yahweh Place reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue participation in cases of inappropriate conduct, harassment, disruptive behavior, misconduct, or violation of program guidelines without refund.
Online Programs and Digital Participation
Participants are responsible for having access to the internet, devices, and necessary technology required for online programs or virtual sessions. Yahweh Place is not responsible for technical difficulties, internet interruptions, or personal equipment issues experienced during participation.
Volunteer opportunities
Volunteer opportunities provided through Yahweh Place are intended for learning, community support, skill development, and practical experience. Participation in volunteer activities does not guarantee employment or future placement opportunities. Certain volunteer roles may require a Resume and a Vulnerable Sector Check depending on the nature of the position and level of interaction with children, youth, or vulnerable individuals within our community programs and services.
Community and Faith-Based Programs
Yahweh Place provides Christian faith-based programs and community activities designed to encourage spiritual growth, positive relationships, learning, and support for individuals and families of all ages. Participants are expected to respect the values, mission, and community guidelines of Yahweh Place during participation.
Media and Promotion Content
Photos, videos, recordings, testimonials, or media content collected during programs or events may be used for educational, promotional, website, social media, or community purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the participant or parent/guardian.
Limitation of Responsibility
Yahweh Place provides educational guidance, mentorship, training, and community support but does not guarantee employment, freelance opportunities, business success, or specific outcomes following participation in any program or activity.
Program Changes
Yahweh Place reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, program content, dates, or delivery formats when necessary. Participants will be informed of important changes whenever reasonably possible.
Agreement
By registering for or participating in any Yahweh Place program, event, training, volunteer activity, or community service, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
